1. Refund Policy

  • Damaged/Defective Products: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video proof.

  • Wrong Item Received: If the item you received does not match your order, we will arrange for a replacement or process a full refund.

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time before it is marked as "Shipped." Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it cannot be canceled.

2. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if the product is in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team. Once your request is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the package.

  • Return Shipping: Unless the item is returned due to a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned item and complete a quality check, we will initiate your refund.

  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (bank account, UPI, or card) within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized items made specifically to your requirements.

  • Items where the original packaging, seals, or tags have been removed or tampered with.

  • Products purchased during a clearance or final sale event.
